Location and History
Set within picturesque Syon Park in Brentford, Middlesex, Syon Park is a beautiful listed building perfect for winter or summer weddings.
Interior and Spaces for Hire
Dying Gaul. It is the perfect summer setting for civil ceremonies for up to 120. After the ceremony guests are given the opportunity to walk through the ornate State rooms into the tranquillity of the inner courtyard, with its white and cream centre flowers and fountain, where they can relax with a glass of champagne whilst photographs are being taken.
The spectacular Great Conservatory was designed by Charles Fowler in the 1820s. This crescent shaped building is surmounted by a magnificent glass Dome and overlooks formal lawns and a fountain bearing statue of Mercury. It is here you would hold your seated reception up to 150 guests) followed by dancing beneath the glass dome through which the stars reflect giving the party a magical effect.
For winter weddings, Syon Park are now also able to offer use of the beautiful state dining room with its wooden floor for civil ceremonies: with its flickering candles, torchere lights and grand fireplace it makes a romantic setting for up to 50 guests.
