Cicada, the first of the Ricker restaurants, which has been open since 1996, is near to Smithfields market in Clerkenwell.

Interior and Spaces for Hire

The restaurant, bar & private dining room have all been recently refurbished. The mix of strong design, fun and consistently inexpensive pan Asian food make it a winner all round.

The newly refurbished Red Room at Cicada offers an ideal destination for exclusive private dining and drink reception events. The Red Room is also a perfect event space for private parties, benifitting from its own fully equipped bar, separate seating area, sound system with DJ decks and air conditioning. Both these spaces are ideal for your engagement party or wedding reception.

Over 600sq ft, the Red Room can cater for up to 34 guests for a private dinner and up to 70 guests for a drinks and canapés reception. Their friendly and professional staff will work with you to make sure your event is a success.
